The client had proven the idea: AI that stages empty rooms in seconds. But a prototype is not a business. It needed a dependable product, a clear user flow, and a way to charge for it.
Real estate agents are busy. The product had to work from a phone or camera upload and deliver usable results without a learning curve.
The goal was to make AI staging feel as simple as dropping in photos and getting listings back.
Design the product around the agent's workflow.
We started with how agents actually work: batches of listing photos, tight deadlines, and a need for results they can use on the MLS. Then we designed the flow, the plans, and the system around that.
